Challenge : The client, a leading global financial services organization, found that their subsidiaries all operated on different Financial and HR platforms resulting in duplication of effort and processing inefficiencies.

Solution : A Deblankson consultant served as the Program Office Manager for the global rollout of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application at the institution.
