His career spans Wall Street, entrepreneurship, and international brand development. He builds systems that scale, develops leaders who deliver, and backs entrepreneurs with real playbooks. The result is sustainable growth and communities where health, performance, and personal growth thrive.

Kareem leads Deblankson with a blend of strategic vision, operational discipline, and a passion for scalable growth. His background spans fitness, finance, and technology, where he has built systems that drive both performance and efficiency.
A lifelong learner, Kareem pairs analytical rigor with an entrepreneurial mindset; developing future leaders and nurturing a culture rooted in innovation and excellence.

Ferdinand leads U.S. operations for Deblankson, overseeing the growth and performance of all Club Pilates studios nationwide.
With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry and team leadership, he is known for his calm precision, operational discipline, and ability to build strong, results-driven teams.

Kim is a globally recognized Pilates Master Teacher, educator and movement expert. She oversees instructor development, programming, and education standards across all Deblankson studios in the US.
With experience spanning the globe Kim has authored training manuals and developed accredited certification programs. Her science-based yet holistic approach cultivates confident instructors and empowers members to achieve lasting results.

Alexandra is a seasoned fitness executive with over two decades of experience across Europe and the U.S. She leads several Club Pilates in New Jersey, bringing precision, empathy, and results-driven leadership to every studio she manages.
Her background in boutique fitness, sales, and coaching helps her build strong teams and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Known for her hands-on leadership and results-oriented mindset, she excels at creating thriving studio cultures, empowering teams, and delivering exceptional member experiences. Her strong operational and sales acumen continues to drive consistent growth across the organization.

Melissa leads Restore Hyper Wellness operations and strategy for Deblankson with a focus on growth, leadership, and client experience. Her background in boutique fitness and wellness includes senior roles at Club Pilates.
She’s known for blending structure with empathy and creating teams that perform at a high level while maintaining a strong sense of purpose.

Jada-Rae is a dynamic leader known for her creativity, strategy, and heart. As Director of Sales, Marketing, and Education, she has helped launch multiple studios and grow Club Pilates’ footprint across the UK.
Previously overseeing studios as Regional Sales Manager for Xponential Fitness in the U.S., she combines deep industry expertise with a passion for mentorship and inclusion. Jada-Rae is also a Master Pilates Instructor.

Anthony brings more than 15 years of sales success and over a decade of fitness industry leadership to Deblankson. Based in London, he leads Sales for Club Pilates’ expansion across the United Kingdom with energy and focus. From startups to multi-site franchises, Anthony has built businesses from the ground up and trained high-performing sales teams.
